FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man is in the Cass County Jail after allegedly fighting and threatening to shoot two people at an impound lot.
Court documents say Monday morning, Rodriguez was trying to retrieve his mom’s car and getting upset with the staff at the impound lot. He allegedly refused to leave and later pushed an employee and punched another before he was brought to the ground and held down.
The employees told officers after they let Rodriguez go, he went to his car and grabbed a gun, pointing it at them and saying he would shoot them. One victim told police his tooth was knocked loose during the fight and he was bleeding from his mouth. A pickup was also dented and a phone was damaged.
Rodriguez was arrested for terrorizing, assault and criminal mischief.
