ZURICH, Oct 22 (Reuters) – Swiss skincare company Galderma on Thursday nudged up its full-year sales guidance for the second time in two quarters after robust sales growth during the first nine months, driven particularly by its therapeutic dermatology division.
• In the January-September period, Galderma posted net sales of $4.77 billion, a 25.1% increase on the year at constant currency, the Zug-based firm said.
• In the third quarter, sales growth was 26%.
• The firm raised its full-year net sales growth guidance to 22.5-23.5% from a previous target of 19-21%.
• Net sales growth in injectable aesthetics was 13.2% in the first nine months, while dermatological skincare was up 16.2%.
• Therapeutic dermatology logged a 64.4% jump through September, powered in part by its Nemluvio product.
• Shares in the company have surged since it listed on the Swiss stock exchange in March 2024 and are now well over triple the price it set for the initial public offering.
