WEST FARGO (KFGO) – A Moorhead woman is in the Cass County Jail after reportedly stealing a dog and beating up a nanny in West Fargo last weekend.
Court documents say a woman told West Fargo Police that Tori Ziegelman, 39, broke into her house, assaulted her nanny and stole the nanny’s dog.
The nanny told police that Ziegelman came into the home and began punching her and scratching her multiple times. Police say the nanny had cuts on her cheek and a swollen eyelid.
Court documents say one year ago Ziegelman gave the nanny the dog, but had recently changed her mind and was sending the nanny texts saying she wanted the dog back.
Ziegelman was arrested around 5 p.m. Saturday on a robbery charge.
