FORT TOTTEN, N.D. (KFGO-KVRR) — A search is underway for a missing Native American woman last spotted Saturday morning near Fort Totten, North Dakota. A Feather Alert was issued Saturday night for 20-year-old Danica “Tynee” White of Fort Totten.
White is 5’6″, 125 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie with pink and purple jellyfish designs, grey ball cap and grey low top Nikes with a white logo. She has a tattoo of the number 31 on her left forearm.
An extensive search is underway and Spirit Lake residents are being asked to check their properties. Hunters are also being told to watch for searchers out in fluorescent vests and other identifying gear.
