
THOMPSON, N.D. (KFGO) – A Fort Ransom, North Dakota man is facing multiple charges after leading law enforcement on a pursuit through three counties Wednesday.
The Highway Patrol says a trooper responded to a report of a reckless driver on northbound I-29 in Cass County. The caller said the driver was swerving, brake checking other drivers, and not allowing others to pass.
The trooper found the vehicle north of Hillsboro and tried to make a traffic stop, but the driver refused.
The pursuit continued through Traill County and into Grand Forks County where officers used spike strips to stop the vehicle at the Thompson exit.
Kevin Anderson, 53, was arrested for felony reckless endangerment, fleeing, and resisting arrest. He also faces a misdemeanor charge and multiple traffic violations.
