SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KFGO) – Attorney General Marty Jackley says the Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating the death of an inmate at the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls.
The inmate, 42-year-old Nicholas Skorka, was found dead in his cell. An autopsy has been ordered.
Four prison inmate deaths have occurred since February in South Dakota.
