ISTANBUL, Nov 3 (Reuters) – Turkish authorities ordered the detention of six people, including the former Capital Markets Board deputy chair, as part of the investment fund investigation, broadcaster NTV reported on Tuesday.
• The suspects detained as part of the probe include former Capital Markets Board officials, and a banking watchdog official.
• The new wave of detention orders came as former Borsa Istanbul chief executive Korkmaz Enes Ergun, detained earlier in the same investigation, was formally arrested on bribery charges.
