Red River Valley SWAT Team arrests man after threats made towards Fargo hotel

FARGO (KFGO) — A Fargo man is in jail after police say he threatened people at a south Fargo hotel.

Police say dispatch received several calls shortly before 10 p.m. Friday that a man was making threats against several people.

45-year-old Luther Brewington was identified as the suspect. Police found him at his apartment in the 3400 block of Fiechtner Drive South. Police say he refused to exit his apartment.

The Red River Valley SWAT Team was called, and Brewington was arrested just before 2:45 a.m. Saturday. He was booked into the Cass County Jail for terrorizing, preventing arrest, and harassment.
