NEW LONDON, Minn. (KFGO/Learfield) – A 67-year-old man is dead after being trapped by a skid steer loader in New London on Sunday afternoon. New London is about 25 miles south of Alexandria.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called just after 2:30 p.m., but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending family notification.
Multiple agencies assisted, including the Minnesota State Patrol, DNR, local fire and ambulance crews, and Life Link 3 Air Ambulance. The incident remains under investigation.
