Delaware judge says she will not block Metsera from ending Pfizer deal

WILMINGTON, Delaware (Reuters) -A Delaware judge said on Wednesday she would reject a request by Pfizer to temporarily block Metsera from terminating its takeover deal with Pfizer, allowing Metsera to proceed instead with a higher $10 billion deal from Novo Nordisk.
