Otter Tail County home heavily damaged in early Friday morning fIre; several people injured

OTTERTAIL COUNTY, MN. (KFGO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a house fire in Rush Lake Township, north of Ottertail, Minnesota, at 4:24 a.m. Friday. There was smoke coming from inside.

The Ottertail, Perham fire departments, Ottertail Rescue, Perham Ambulance, and the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office responded. There was significant damage inside the residence, and the residents sustained minor injuries.

Authorities say the fire is not believed to be suspicious.
