Bruce Nustad of the Minnesota Retailers Association says stores have already started and extended promotions and sales to attract early-bird shoppers. The period is called the “holiday creep.” he
Nustad says it is an important holiday for retailers. He says Christmas and holiday displays are going up in stores earlier this season.
