WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo Police say a Fargo man was arrested after officers attempted to stop a motorcycle for driving on the sidewalk near the intersection of Main Avenue W. and Center Street, It happened shortly after midnight Tuesday.
Police say the driver abandoned the motorcycle near the Sheyenne River, where they attempted to evade law enforcement. Officers located the suspect as he attempted to hide in a wooded area near where the motorcycle was abandoned.
Scott Gregory Foss, 41, was arrested for felony fleeing a peace officer – vehicle, fleeing a peace officer on foot and criminal trespass.
