MINOT, N.D. (KFGO) — A Minot woman was arrested after the Highway Patrol says she causes a crash that seriously injured three people.
The crash happened east of Minot at the intersection of US Highway 2 and North Dakota Highway 41. The patrol says the 20-year-old woman ignored a stop sign and entered highway 2 in front of an SUV. The SUV t-boned the woman’s vehicle.
A 17-year-old boy in the SUV was seriously hurt. The 20-year-old woman and her passenger, a 20-year-old man, were also seriously hurt. All were brought to Trinity Health in Minot. The 19-year old man driving the SUV was not seriously hurt and was treated on scene.
The woman was arrested for felony criminal vehicular injury.
