FARGO (KFGO) – Hector International Airport will have new daily nonstop service to Atlanta with Delta Air Lines late this year. Hector International on Monday announced a new daily nonstop route to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport with Delta Air Lines, starting December 20.
Delta will use CRJ900 aircraft, offering travelers access to one of the world’s busiest airports and Delta’s largest hub.
“We worked with them for quite some time, a couple of years or more since Covid to get the service back, which they did earlier this year for the six Saturdays, and then working with them to put in the daily service,” said Airport Authority Executive Director.
“This new daily nonstop service to Atlanta is a direct result of the continued support from our community and the ongoing growth of our region,” added Dobberstein, “We’ve seen over a year of record-breaking enplanement numbers, and this announcement is a testament to the strength and momentum of the Fargo-Moorhead market and our Delta partnership.”
