Dominic Lilly (Cass County jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man, 31-year-old Dominic Lilly has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the continued sexual assault of a 12-year-old boy.
Last December, Lilly changed his pleas to guilty to five counts of gross sexual imposition with a victim under 15. He also pleaded guilty to transfer of body fluid that may contain HIV, luring minors by computer and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to court records, Lilly had the boy to his home between 10-15 times. There, he would give the boy alcohol and marijuana to the point of unconsciousness.
The boy told law enforcement that the two would lie in Lilly’s bed and have sexual encounters he described as traumatic. Investigators say the boy had pictures and videos of Lilly and Lilly’s bedroom on his phone.
