ST. LOUIS – The former head of the Peoria County Farm Bureau has passed away.
An obituary for Patrick Kirchhofer says he died on Monday at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, a day after he turned 60.
Kirchhofer spent most of his life working for the Illinois Farm Bureau, being the Peoria County Farm Bureau Manager for the past 29 years.
The obituary says Kirchhofer loved the farm, preserving the natural environment and habitat, as well as collecting old toy tractors, trucks, and farm equipment.
Funeral services will take place Tuesday in Shumway, Illinois.
