MINNEAPOLIS – White House border czar Tom Homan says nearly 160 people in Minnesota have been arrested for impeding or assaulting ICE officers.
Homan says 85 of those cases have already been accepted for federal prosecution. He says a drawdown of federal agents in the state will happen when more Minnesota counties cooperate with ICE, and when people stop interfering with federal operations.
Homan added that anyone who violates the law “will be federally prosecuted.”
