WEST FARGO (KFGO) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol and Bureau of Criminal Investigation has canceled a Silver Alert for 18-year-old Zuya Armstrong of West Fargo.
Armstrong was reported missing Thursday morning. He was located safe in Fargo by law enforcement.
