FARGO (KFGO) – Three people were arrested Saturday after police say one of them robbed a south Fargo business.
Officers were called to the 4500 block of 19th Avenue S. around 10:15 a.m. Saturday for a reported robbery. Staff told the officers the suspect assaulted an employee, stole money, and left in a vehicle.
Investigators identified the suspect as 36-year-old Phillip Parks, who has no permanent address.
About two hours later, officers saw the vehicle and made a traffic stop. Parks was not in the vehicle, but officers arrested a man and woman for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers eventually found parks in the 700 block of 8th Street N. later Saturday afternoon. He is in the Cass County jail.
The employee who was assaulted suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
