FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) — Sanford Health is celebrating the first baby of the new year born in Fargo.
Omar Yousef was born just after 12:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day. He weighs seven pounds, five ounces.
Omar has six siblings waiting to greet him when he gets home.
His mother, Ifrah Ahmed, says one of her other children also has their birthday on a holiday. They were born on Christmas Day.
