Zachary Nash, 42, (Otter Tail County Detention Facility)
PERHAM, Minn. (KFGO/KBRF) – A Perham man has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. Zachary Nash, 42, plead guilty as part of an agreement that four other counts of related charges would be dismissed.
Prosecutors say the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received multiple tips from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in December of 2022 claiming Nash’s computer was possibly in possession of 18 files of child pornography. During a search in May of 2023, investigators found 17 files of child porn on Nash’s devices.
Nash will serve 120 days in the otter tail county jail and five years probation. He is expected to receive credit for three years served.
