MOORHEAD (KFGO) – White Earth nation has confirmed the FBI arrested someone at its Moorhead recreational marijuana store Thursday morning.
The tribal council says the person was wanted on outstanding warrants.
Agents tracked him to Waabigwan Mashkiki where they conducted a “whisper stop.” A whisper stop refers to an arrest that comes after a tip from another agency.
Agents arrested the suspect as he left the store. The tribal council says the FBI cleared the scene after approximately 35 minutes.
