HIBBING, Minn. (KVRR/FOX 21) – A Mexican restaurant in Hibbing was raided by Federal Agents on Wednesday.
According to officials, Hibbing police officers assisted the Lake Superior Drug Task Force with executing a warrant. A FOX21 crew also witnessed Enforcement and Removal Operations agents, along with Border Patrol, participating in the raid at El Charro Mexican Bar and Grill.
According to ICE’s website, EROs ” manage all aspects of the immigration enforcement process, including the identification, arrest, detention, and removal of aliens who are subject to removal or are unlawfully present in the U.S.”
Multiple people were taken into custody from the restaurant.
