OXBOW, N.D. (KFGO) – Cass County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a near-drowning at a home in Oxbow Saturday afternoon.
Detective Joe Gress says when deputies arrived, the child was being taken to a hospital by Sanford AirMed.
The child is at home recovering and the Sheriff’s Office is working with the family to determine what happened.
