
KIDDER COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the men who were killed in a crash in rural Kidder County. It happened Friday evening.
A car driving on the wrong side of the road sideswiped an SUV. The collision caused the car to become airborne, and it landed on another car.
The drivers of both cars were killed in the crash. They’ve been identified as 36-year-old Matthew Yunker from Hensler, N.D., and 61-year-old Milton Jeffries from Eagle Butte, S.D. Neither were wearing a seatbelt, and were ejected from their vehicles.
62-year-old Mahlon Jeffries from Eagle Butte was a passenger in the second car. He was seriously hurt and flown to a hospital. The SUV driver was not hurt. He was wearing a seatbelt.
