VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KFGO) – Two men suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash south of Valley City Tuesday morning.
The Highway Patrol says just after midnight, a 62-year-old Spiritwood man was driving a pickup on a county road when he was unable to negotiate a curve. The pickup went off the road and rolled. Neither man was wearing a seatbelt. Both were taken to Mercy Hospital in Valley City before being transferred to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. The driver is expected to be charged with criminal vehicular injury. The passenger is a 60-year-old man from Eckelson.
The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office, Valley City Police, Barnes County Ambulance, Valley City Rural Fire, and Kathryn Fire also responded.
