Man kills sister, wounds mother in domestic argument

MINNEAPOLIS (KFGO) – Police say a man killed his sister and injured his mother before taking his own life during a domestic argument in Minneapolis early Tuesday morning. The shooting was at an apartment building.

Officers found a man and a woman, both in their 20s, dead, and a woman in her 40s with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Police confirm that the two killed are brother and sister, and the injured woman who has been hospitalized, is their mother. Police chief Brian O’Hara says it appears to be a heartbreaking tragedy that has destroyed a family.
