WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo police say officers were led on a foot pursuit after the attempted traffic stop of a man riding a bike.
Police attempted the traffic stop in the 800 block of 7th Ave. E. Friday night. The man dumped the bike and ran. He was caught about two blocks away.
Jeffrey Higdem, 41, with no permanent address, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing a peace officer on foot.
