MINOT, N.D. (KFGO) – A Minot mother is facing child neglect charges after her two young children were found wandering their neighborhood.
Minot Police were called just after 10:15 p.m. Friday for two children who apparently had no supervision. Officers found a 3 and 4-year-old outside, about a block away from their home. Police contacted their mom, 24-year-old Carlie Rudser, who said she had hired a babysitter for the night from Facebook marketplace.
Rudser could not provide officers the name or any contact information for the babysitter. She was arrested for two counts of child neglect and taken to the Ward County Jail.
