
Landar Moore (Cass Co. jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – A Moorhead man is in jail after an hours-long standoff in south Fargo Saturday that ended when Red River Valley SWAT assisted Police execute a high-risk search warrant.
Fargo Police say officers were called to the 100 block of 12th Street S. around 6 p.m. on a report of a man in the area who was wanted by law enforcement. When officers arrived, they identified 44-year-old Landar Moore who has an outstanding warrant in Clay County for a probation violation.
Moore fled to a nearby apartment and barricaded himself inside.
The SWAT team arrived shortly before 10 p.m. and made entry into the apartment using a flash bang device. Officers found Moore who complied with SWAT commands and was taken into custody around 10:20 p.m.
Moore is in the Cass County jail and facing charges related to the Clay County warrant, along with criminal trespass, preventing arrest, and refusal to halt.
