ROGERS, Minn. (KFGO) – A man wanted in a mass shooting in North Carolina earlier this month has been arrested northwest of Minneapolis. The North Star Fugitive Task Force says 27-year-old Charles Kincaid was arrested in Rogers.
He’s charged with first-degree murder in a June 1st shooting in North Carolina where one person died and 11 others were injured. Kincaid is the latest suspect to be charged in the shooting, which took place during a party.
The North Star Fugitive Task Force includes the U-S Marshal’s Service and various Twin Cities law enforcement agencies, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Kincaid will be returned to North Carolina.
