GRAND FORKS, N.D. – (KFGO/KNOX) – A Grand Forks County couple has been charged with child neglect after their one-year-old tested positive for cocaine and marijuana.
According to court records, Erik and Samantha Graham received a home visit from the Grand Forks County Human Services in February.
During the visit, officials became concerned with the well-being of the Grahams’ six children, who were eventually removed from the home.
Court documents said that the children were drug-tested. Two of the children, a 10-year-old and a 1-year-old, tested positive for marijuana. The one-year-old also tested positive for cocaine.
