FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police and the Red River Valley SWAT Team carried out a high-risk search warrant at an apartment in the 2000 block of 21st Avenue South shortly after 11 p.m. Monday regarding an armed robbery reported earlier in the evening.
Officers responded to the armed robbery around 7:30 p.m.
Following the initial investigation, officers identified a nearby apartment where the suspects were believed to be located and quickly set up a perimeter.
Because of the suspects’ known criminal history and the earlier robbery, the SWAT team was used to search the apartment unit, but didn’t find the suspect.
No further information is being released at this time.
