FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police released video of an officer arresting a motorcycle rider for reckless endangerment and reckless driving last week.
The arrest happened May 28 after the officer saw the rider speeding down 45th Street S. The officer tried stopping the motorcycle, but police say the rider was speeding and lane-splitting.
Later that day, the officer saw the motorcycle at a gas station in south Fargo and arrested a 27-year-old Fargo man.
In the video, the officer is showing the man a video of him speeding down 45th Street S. and explains why he is being arrested.
The motorcycle was impounded.
