Dustin Ward (Burleigh-Morton Detention Center)
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) — West Dakota Swat was activated in the arrest of 43 year-old Dustin Ward of Bismarck early Friday morning. Police say Ward was out of jail on bond for terrorizing and threatened two people with a knife in the parking lot of an apartment building.
An Uber Driver and another person reported that Ward approached them holding a knife and caused them to fear for their life.
Ward was out of jail on bond related to another incident in Mandan in which he allegedly terrorized individuals with a firearm. West Dakota SWAT was called because Ward has an extensive criminal history.
