PEORIA, Ill. – The reimagined Summer Camp Music Festival will not take place this year.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, organizers announced that “a variety of factors” did not allow for Summer Camp to take place in 2025. The post cites factors such as the state of the music festival industry and artist conflicts.
In December, organizers announced the festival would leave its traditional home of Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe for the Peoria Riverfront.
Festival organizers announced that they will present a series of concerts and shows on the Peoria Riverfront this summer, with plans to bring Summer Camp back in 2026.
Some of the shows announced already include Cake on June 26th and MOE. with Eggy on August 7th.
