PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria County grand jury has indicted a man for his alleged role in a Valentine’s Day armed robbery.
24-year-old Anthony Morris was indicted Tuesday on one count each of Armed Robbery and Home Invasion.
He is due back in court on March 27th.
Morris allegedly robbed victims of their phone, car keys, credit cards, and jacket at the Lexington Hills Apartment complex on February 14th.
Morris allegedly was one of two people involved, and was reportedly armed with a gun during the incident.
He was arrested two weeks later.
