TREMONT, Ill. – One person was injured after a fire at a Tremont apartment building Monday afternoon.
25 News reports the fire occurred at the building in the area of Pearl and Harris Streets.
A man was taken to the hospital and is the only injury reported.
Investigators say the apartment has been deemed a total loss.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Fire departments from Tremont and Mackinaw responded.
