(Reuters) -Dollar Tree on Wednesday named Stewart Glendinning as its next chief financial officer, effective March 30.
Glendinning joined Dollar Tree earlier this year in a senior role focused on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including key areas within the company’s finance organization and the review of strategic options for the Family Dollar business.
Before joining Dollar Tree, he served as CEO of Express and also held global CFO roles at Tyson Foods and Molson Coors.
In December, Dollar Tree had said its then finance chief, Jeff Davis, was stepping down after roughly two years on the job, which followed CEO Rick Dreiling resignation.
